Hello Zsolt Benke,

I would like to ask you if you have added the tags so that all project tasks appear in the smart list, as an example for explanation, or if you use it like this?

In my view, it seems like an error to move all subtasks of a project and mix them with individual tasks.

In my case, I also use a smart list of next actions, in which individual next actions appear, and only one action per project. By structuring it as a tree as you indicate, I add a tag to the task at the top or what is the next task of the project.

Due to this: “There is no way to display a reminder with subtasks in a smart list.”

I have not been able to convert the project list into a smart list, since all the projects and their tasks appear disorganized. I would very much like Apple to introduce some function to do this, since this way my GTD system would be practically 100% automated.

Since I cannot have projects in the maybe/someday smart list, I also have maybe projects in a separate section of the projects list as inactive.
