The use of sections in Apple Reminders can indeed make the GTD system even more efficient. Instead of creating separate lists for projects such as “Complete Budget,” “Take vacation to Hawaii,” and “Redo the Backyard,” we can create sections with these same names. This eliminates the need to use the #Project tag because the extra list will be transformed into a section. Tasks like “Update Budget,” which were previously subtasks, will now become main tasks to which subtasks can be added, allowing for further breakdown of problems into smaller, and therefore more manageable and efficiently solvable, components.
