Hello Zsolt Benke,

I recently started implementing my own GTD system, and I stumbled upon your article by chance. I was having issues with managing projects in my system. I had a separate list just for projects, but these wouldn’t show up in my “Doing” section, requiring me to review projects and their sub-tasks separately. Your approach using smart lists is insightful. I’ve read in other sections that having too many projects can cause issues, but I haven’t experienced that yet. I’m considering adopting your system once I fully understand it.

If I’m not mistaken, the Tickler list is something like a calendar list in the GTD system, where tasks with due dates are displayed. However, as you mentioned, there’s already a built-in smart list for that. I’m having trouble seeing the efficiency of having a Tickler list. I’m not a native English speaker, so I might not have understood 100%, but I’m very interested in your approach.

Best regards,
